Kind personnel and great service! Car was in good condition and was perfect for travelling Albania.
Worst car rental I’ve ever done. Very disorganised!Picking up the car was a strange experience. The guy who I met did not speak English. After he checked my documents he drove around the city in what felt like circles with me in the passenger seat whilst persistently trying and failing to call who I think was his colleague. He then parked in the middle of a busy road, surrounded by passing cars and directed me to get out and film the car for dents scratches!? This would be fine if it were not for the hazardous location where we stopped.Aventually he gave up with whatever he was trying to do and left me with the car. The car was handed over to me with a near empty tank and a tyre noticeably low on air. I sent texts/tried to make calls to check required tyre pressure/fuel type but all were ignored. Returning the car was also a tedious experience. They then sent me the incorrect amount for the reservation fee back after I had to ask for it TWO WEEKS after the car was returned.
Very good car rental company in Tirana. they are professional, friendly and really good and respectful.
Very good car rental company. Volkswagen Caravelle minivan that we used from them was perfect, comfortable, spacious, extra large luggage trunk. I saw also their other cars in the parking, they looked very good in shape. Friendly and helpful staff
